Simple. Sweet. Hand crafted with love. There were so many things I adored about Jennifer & Richard’s wedding from their carved squirrel cake topper to the home made cookies down to Jennifer’s slip on Crocs that she wore. The day was just super relaxed and easy going…just like Jennifer & Rich.
In the 10 years since we’ve been in business we have yet to shoot a wedding in the rain. On Jennifer & Richard’s wedding day we thought maybe our streak had ended since it was raining as we drove to Scripps Forum. In preparation we brought 3 umbrellas to protect us, our gear and the couple! But as the time crept closer to their first sighting, the rain stopped. Rather than let our umbrellas stay warm & cozy in our car, we decided to use them as a prop. 
Nothing like a pop of red against a cool blue sky!
On their wedding day, we also saw Ryan & Stephanie again. Stephanie is Jennifer’s sister and we shot their wedding a few years ago! Now, they have a beautiful little girl!
